Facilitation Skills

This is a public course which provides the facilitation frameworks and sets of processes for facilitating gatherings, programmes of work or community of interest. The focus is on approaches that maximise engagement, participant ownership and the achievement of outcomes. The course explores the impact of the facilitator and the attitudes and presence necessary to lead others in group endeavour.
